To install and start PACS Viewer system on your computer follow next steps:

1. .NET framework 3.5 is installed
2. Disable software Firewall or add Medical Viewer as an exception. 
3. Disable UAC.

    

4. To start setup click 
5. Download and run as Administrator (do not run directly within browser, use "Save" button instead of "Run").
6. After "Loader.exe" is downloaded, launch it.
